My sister is telling me how steel buildings are so popular now in the Philippines. This is something that they are copying from US construction method now.

Talking about construction, I’m confused if I should go ahead and get a condo unit or just set aside money for full construction of the house in our lot. Two things involved – funds availability and use of the property. The condo payment is installment while the house construction is not, and condo is not available for immediate use but the house can be. Oh well, I just worry more about it when I have the funds. lol
