No, I don’t need weight loss supplements I finally found the science on how will I lose weight safely. Being on a low carb diet, I have to restrict my carb intake.. and I learn to prepare my food to follow the plan. I didn’t find easy meal that I can just pop on the microwave on this program.
I normally pack my food at night, last night I cooked my breakfast for the next following days, and it’s easier if I have food planned and ready to eat anytime.
