No, it’s not one of those nordic track machines. It’s like a home gym that can work all major muscles that we have I don’t need to go to the gym anymore and pay for membership. It only requires 15 minutes of work on the machine.. and it can help define your muscles. I’m excited! I’m hoping the machine to arrive this week.
