I won’t deny that I’m taking joint health supplements even I just turned 30. I was diagnosed with early degeneration on my spine that leads to mild arthritis according to my doctor. I was reading help on how can I prevent it or revert back the situation and they advice that taking Glucosamine, Calcium, and Vitamin D can help slow down the degeneration. My primary care physician also advised to lose weight so the strain on my joints and bones will lessen. So far I’m getting better.. and I’m hoping that no more recurring back pain will slow me down.
