Talking about my pregnancy, I think I have my energy back now. Although once in a while I get headaches. For my eating habits, I controlled eating white rice, once a day or none at all. If hubby cooks food with sauce or soup then I use white rice but if it is dry, I eat it with wheat bread. I stopped eating donuts, cookies and chocolates too.
I might need another week of dieting before scheduling my second glucose test.
So far, I gained 5.4 lbs in this pregnancy and it seems normal when I checked babycenter.com.
My lower chin acne is really uncontrollable and so itchy na mahapdi. Sana lang hindi mag iwan ng marks. Haaaay!

Hi Mich, the first one is 157 ang reading the maximum sabi ng OB ko is 130. I have to get another glucose test..if it will be fine then ok sya. However, pag mataas pa rin ang reading pre-diabetic na daw ako and they have to put me on special diet and cguro tataas risk ng pregnancy ko. Kaya medyo control talaga mga food na eat ko now.
hindi ka nman risky toni so okay lang.. kse ako overweight na when I get pregnant so lahat ng sakit pedeng dumapo anytime if I will not be careful..
