I just received call from a friend in Boston and she’s having problem with the current property they bought two months ago. It’s an upper fixer property so what do you expect, right? But she said that the problem is beyond what they expected. They need to upgrade all the central heating of the home. Gas central heating is the common that they used on their area. My sister and my friend has the same problem, they might consider the same Broiler service. What it does is you will pay to check your broiler annually. And that saves money and prevents you from buying a new one. The annual check up can make sure that the broiler is working right and making your home safe and no dangerous gas leakage.

In our case, I’m just thankful that we bought our house new. We don’t have that problem they are experiencing right now. But then I still need to get a service to check it annually. It will not be forever new and it will need maintenance soon. I just hope my friend can have the service soon.
